The 36th edition of AAHAR – The International Food and Hospitality Fair, scheduled to be held from April 6-10, 2021, has been rescheduled to the third week of August due to the recent rise in COVID-19 cases pan India and the travel restrictions imposed by few states for containment of COVID cases.

The 5-day flagship event of the India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO), AAHAR 2021—the International Food & Hospitality Fair—is being hosted at the Pragati Maidan in New Delhi from April 6-10.
As concession to the industry against the backdrop of the pandemic, exhibitors are being offered a discounted rate of 45% on participation charges.
The 36th edition of the fair features emergence of India in F&B, as well as, hospitality services, including food processing, culinary tech, retail and news innovations.
AAHAR 2021’s display profile is segregated into four categories: ‘Food Products, Ingredients & Additives’, ‘F&B Equipment’, ‘House Keeping & Engineering Equipment’ and ‘Confectionery’.
The fair, which has always enjoyed heavy footfall, is a sound platform for organic product businesses to showcase their products to F&B and hospitality buyers.
As per usual, a large number of trade visitors are expected to visit AAHAR 2021. These include the upper echelons of the Hotel and Hospitality industry, including CEOs, General Managers, Executive Chefs, Executive House Keepers, Purchase Managers, F&B Managers, etc.
AAHAR is organised by the ITPO with support of the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MOFPI), Government of India and APEDA, in association with apex trade bodies, including All India Food Processors’ Association (AIFPA), Association of Resource Companies for the Hospitality Industry of India (ARCHII), Federation of All India Caterers (FAIC), Food & Hospitality Support Association of India (FHSAI), Food Industries Welfare Associations (FIWA), Forum of Indian Food Importers (FIFI), Hotel and Restaurant Equipment Manufacturers’ Association of India (HOTREMAI), Federation of Indian Food & Hospitality Industry (FIFHI) and Indian Confectionery Manufacturers Association (ICMA).
The fair, on all 5 days, will welcome visitors between 10.00 am to 6.00 pm, and entry will be from Gate 4 (Bhairon Road) & Gate 10, (Supreme Court Metro Station).
All exhibitors and business visitors are required to adhere strictly to the COVID-19 related guidelines/SOPs issued by the government.
