An Indian offshoot of the reputed SIAL Paris food trade show, SIAL India, is geared for its 2nd edition, which will take place from 19-21 September at the Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. Over 300 exhibitors from 20 countries will participate.

With an aim to boost growth in the food processing sector, SIALInternational exhibition for food and beverages is all geared for its second edition in India. The three-day exhibition organised by Comexposium and Inter Ads Exhibitions (since 1964) will be hosted at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi between 19-21 September, 2019. The Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and other associations such as the Forum of Indian Food Importers, Indian Federation of Culinary Association, Hospitality Purchase Managers Forum, etc, will also be participating in the exhibition.

The event is inspired by path breaking exhibitions, such as SIAL Paris, SIAL China, SIAL Jakarta, SIAL Abu Dhabi and SIAL Canada, wherein 15,000 exhibitors from 119 countries have participated.

The event will also witness SIAL Innovation, a unique celebration of innovative food and beverage products. The jury, comprising food industry experts, will reveal the most innovative products in the food industry in terms of technology, ingredients, recipe, equipment and services. The awards in Gold, Silver and Bronze category worldwide will be conferred on the September 20.

Another attraction of the event will be the biennial world chef championship, ‘Bocuse d’OR’, where leading chefs will compete in one of the world’s most prestigious cooking competitions.

    Good initiative by sial . This time we are consuming fertilizer in large amount and deteriorating our health .SIAL products give us more options to choose organic products .
